For your check in on the bus, you will receive a bus ticket from us. You will get this ticket approximately 5 days before the tour in a separate email. You must be able to present your bus ticket either printed or digitally on your phone when boarding. In addition to the email, your bus ticket will also appear in your customer account as soon as we have sent it to you. Note: The bus ticket is NOT the festival entry ticket.

A few days before your bus tour, your booked event tickets will be added to your profile. You will receive an email informing you that your tickets are available, but not yet unlocked for download.

As soon as your tickets are unlocked and available for download, you will find them in your profile: Profile – Bus Tours – Button Event Tickets

No. Your tickets will be visible in your profile a few days before the tour, but they will only be unlocked on the day of the bus tour once you board the bus. This is for security reasons to ensure that tickets are only issued to participants who actually board the bus.

You can find all tickets in your booking in your profile under: Profile – Bus Tours – Event Tickets

If you experience technical issues with the direct download, you can send the tickets to yourself via email. Simply go to: Profile – Bus Tours – Event Tickets – Send via Email

For security reasons, this option can only be used once.

When you select the option Send event tickets to me via email, we will send all event tickets from your booking directly to you.

Important: This function can only be used one time. The tickets will be sent to the email address stored in your account.

Your event tickets are provided digitally and must be shown at the event.

Tickets are generally only sold in conjunction with a bus tour. Only in exceptional cases can tickets be booked without the bus tour. In order to prevent misuse through increased resale prices, purchased tickets will only be sent by e-mail 1 - 3 days before the event or by post 3 - 3 days before the event.
