Help Center - Hardtours Points

With our Hardtours points program, you automatically collect points with every booking. You can later convert these points into vouchers and redeem them on your next tour or give them away as gifts.

For every euro you spend with us on bus fares or extras, you'll receive 1 point. We'll round up any odd amounts for you. For example, if your booking costs €105.60, you'll receive 106 points.

Points are awarded for the bus fare and any booked additional options or extras. Entrance tickets are excluded from the points program.

You can collect additional bonus points on selected promotions or tours. For example, double or triple points. If a tour offers bonus points, it will be marked accordingly.

You also always receive additional points if you pay your booking in full within 14 days. These extra points increase the current multiplier by +1.

  • For a tour with regular points, you will receive double points if you pay within 14 days.
  • On a tour with double points, you get triple points – and so on.
  • This option is, of course, voluntary.

You can view your points at any time in your customer account under My Profile - My Points

Your points remain valid for 24 months after activation. After that, they expire if you haven't redeemed them.

No, you cannot directly transfer your points to other people, but you can convert your points into a voucher and give that voucher as a gift.

No, festival tickets are excluded from the points program.

Your points will be provisionally recorded shortly after booking. They will be released and redeemable once the tour has taken place and you have participated.

Points will only be released and credited after the tour. Until then, they will remain tentatively reserved, as changes or cancellations are still possible.

Yes. You collect points on the full amount of the bus fare and any additional options, even if you pay in whole or in part with a voucher.

Once your points have been released, you can convert them into vouchers in your customer account. Simply click on Redeem points. Here you can choose whether you want to convert all available points or only a portion of your points into a voucher. As soon as you click on Redeem points, you will immediately receive a voucher code.

You can use your points to create vouchers that you can use for all future bookings with us.

If you cancel a booking, the associated points will be automatically deleted. Points from canceled bookings cannot be reactivated.

Yes, as soon as points from a tour are released, you will automatically receive an email notification from us, provided you have activated our reminder function in your customer account. You can find this under My Profile - Personal Data - Reminder Function.

  • Reserved points: Points from a current booking that will be released after the tour.
  • Redeemable points: Points that are already active and can be converted into vouchers.
  • Cancelled points: Points from a cancelled booking that have been deleted and are no longer available.
